This car was recently purchased from the estate of a Morgan enthusiast who applied exhaustive energy and resources into making this car as close to perfect as he could.
The current owner installed brake reaction bars, a new front bumper, and Morgan branded knock offs. He also has test driven it 100 miles.
This car has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment which included attention from the frame up. The chassis has been replaced and every nut and bolt that required attention was serviced. The engine is the correct number matching power plant that has been rebuilt. The body of the car was completely disassembled and the wood frame members were replaced as needed. The sheet metal appears to be mostly if not all original. The bonnet halves both have the correct corresponding numbers stamped on them as does the tool compartment.

All of the gauges are correct original and working. The odometer shows 51953 miles .
The interior features custom natural leather upholstery that is far softer and breathable than the coated leather that the factory would have used originally. The steering wheel is original but has cracks around the rim where the spokes meet the rim.
This year is one of the more desirable years as it has the powerful Triumph TR engine, disc brakes and a negative ground electrical system while retaining the classic look of the vintage Morgans with the cream gauges.
A binder full of receipts and photos that chronicle the history and all of the work done on the car is included. A sample of some of the documents are shown. The history of the car is documented back to two previous owners with the original New Jersey title included with the sale.
The car comes with a clean Pennsylvania title and a certificate from the manufacturer authenticating the chassis and engine numbers. The certificate also indicates this car was originally delivered to Fergus Imported Cars and still bears the dealer’s inventory plate.
